1、Turning
Turning is the machining of cutting metal on the workpiece. While the workpiece rotates, the tool moves in a straight line or curve in the half surface. 2、 Milling
Milling is the process of cutting metal with rotating tools. It mainly processes grooves and contour surfaces, and can also process arc surfaces with two or three axes. When working, the tool rotates (as the main motion), the workpiece moves (as the feed motion), and the workpiece can also be fixed, but at this time, the rotating tool must also move (complete the main motion and feed motion at the same time). 3、 Boring
The back is the method of further processing of forging, casting or drilling holes. It is mainly used for machining holes with large workpiece shape, large diameter and high precision. The boring method can improve the accuracy, reduce the surface roughness, and better correct the deflection of the original hole axis. There are horizontal boring machine and floor type boring machine.
4、 Bolt
The cutter is clamped on the cutter bar at the lower part of the ram of the slotting machine, which can extend into the hole of the workpiece for vertical reciprocating motion. Downward is the working stroke and upward is the return stroke. The workpiece installed on the table of the slotting machine makes intermittent feeding movement after each return of the slotting tool. For the keyway of the inner hole that does not pass through the hole or hinders the shoulder, it is the only processing method to insert several levels. Slotting machine tools and machining centers can do it.
5、 Grinding
The machining method of cutting metal by grinding wheel has accurate precision and good finish. It is mainly used for finishing after heat treatment to make it high precision. There are internal grinder, external grinder, coordinate grinder, etc.
6、 Drilling
Drilling is the basic method of using drill bit to process holes on solid workpieces. It can be processed in machine tools, machining centers, boring machines, etc. the most convenient ones are desktop drilling machines, vertical drilling machines and radial drilling machines.
