How to install the pipe clamp?

Before assembly on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixed position first, then weld, insert the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Then put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, and tighten them with screws. Do not directly weld the bottom plate with pipe clamp installed.

For assembly by stacking, the guide rail can be welded on the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, place the pipe to be fixed, and then place the upper half of the pipe clamp body, fix with screws, and prevent it from rotating through the locking cover plate. Then install the second pipe clamp in the same way as above.

Assembly of elbows, when assembling elbows, Yongsheng pipe clamps shall be directly used at the front and rear of the elbows. It is suggested that such a bearing point should be in a fixed position.
